Win 7 installation question

I am going to be doing a fresh install of Win7, the system has 4 hard drives.
1 74gig WD Raptor
2 80gig WD Caviar
1 500gig WD Caviar

I will be installing Windows on the Raptor. My question is, should my programs also be installed on the Raptor or should I use one of the 80gig drives for programs?

Use the fastest drive for OS and programs, unless the particular program is huge, in which case install that program on a secondary drive.
