Iam trying to figure out which EXACT video card I have installed with out opening up the case and pulling the video card out and looking for some kind of sticker or print on the actual card. I already tried Device Manager but all it says is what SERIES of card it is NOT the EXACT model it is just the series. I need to now the exact model it is. Can I do this in Win 7 64 bit home premium or iam I stuck with opening up the case and pulling the card to see. I cant remember what I put in there and have no box as I bought an OEM vid card about 2 years ago. Its a ATI Radeon 4800 series but which one there are like 8 different models.

Yes I googled it and read a bunch of condescending responses to there person that asked the question and they were all WRONG answers as they didn't give exact model the OP asked for. What a bunch of jerks out there.

So do I have to pull the card? I cant see it good enough without removing it. I tried looking at it but I need to pull it if I want to read anything on it. If I need to pull it there is a bunch of crap I need to move out of the way so I prefer an easy way to do this.

Maybe trying downloading GPU-Z and have it identify your GPU for you?

Well I downloaded it and ran it still says ATI HD 4800 series but not the actual one. Thanks any way. I guess I will just pull the card and find out.

go into device manger (its in control panel or jsut search it) and click on display adapters
That's a great Idea!
Its a shame the OP didn't think of that b4 posting.

Doesn't anyone actually read what they're replying to any more?

Show the GPU-Z screenshot. We can figure it out by looking at the amount of shaders and memory type and size.

Now that actually is a good idea.
Also, you could check the bios version in GPUZ and maybe you'd get lucky doing a google search of the Bios Version number...you never know.

I have a HD 4850 512MB (I know this for sure).

GPU-Z displays "ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series", but CPU-Z gives the exact model (the correct one in my case): Radeon HD 4850.

Catalyst Control Center also only identifies my card as "ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series".

Did you try CPU-Z?

Here is a CPU-Z screenshot for my card (it correctly identifies my HD 4850):
