WIN 7 - Cannot run gpedit.msc anymore...

I set up a machine that needed many restrictions implemented for the people using it.

I did that with Parental controls and gpedit.msc.

Without thinking, in the process stupid me disabled the 'Search' function as well. Now when I type in gpedit.msc in the search box, Windows obviously doesn't find it anymore...

Is there any other way to access gpedit?

windows key + R didn't let me run it, not even in the admin account.

However, I tried hosed. suggestion again and this time around it worked.

Thanks!

How would I be able to tell?
Open a command prompt and type PATH. The response should include C:\windows, C:\windows\system32, and probably a number of other "reasonable" locations. As gpedit.msc is in the c:\windows\system32 folder, if that isn't part of the path it is not going to be found without explicit qualification.

If the path looks correct, then the mystery continues.
