In the Favorite and start/programs menu there is a arrow where it hide items you dont use often, how do u dissable it?
 
Personalized menus is pure evil.

first thing I do when I install an OS fresh, or install MS Office is disable that garbage.

IN IE Tools>internet options>advanced> Uncheck enable personalized Favorite menue
