A few weeks ago, there was a post about Microsoft having a web site where an Administrator could download all the current Win2k updates one time only, then distrubte them over the network without having to do it from each individual PC in the group. I can't find it using search so does anybody know?

You can setup a SUS (Software Update Services) server to do this for you now. It's a free download but you need a Win2k Server in order to run it. You just need to install the Windows Update client on an Win2k machine. There used to be a website where you can download all the patches individually but they took it down. Here's the Link for the SUS site.

If you don't want to setup a SUS server then you can go to this site and download each fix individually.
