Win 2k Server. Soft RAID1 or Norton Ghost ?

I am setting up my own werbserver and is looking for the optimal solution (Win 2k Server)
I have 2 SCSI drives installed (9,1Gb & 18Gb)
I would like to make sure that I will always be able to start up the server (I don't have physical access)In case of a harddisk failure.
My plan is to install the Boot/system files on a separate partition on disk 1 and then make a mirror on a partition on disk 2 with either soft RAID1 or Norton Ghost.
What are some pro's and con's using the to different program and what will be the easier to restart in case of a diskfailure and what will be the easiest recreate after switching the defect disk ?
Is it possible to set up the system so that it boots from disk 2 in case disk 1 fails or will that automatically happen if the BIOS is set up that way ? Or do you have to boot it with a floppy ?

Hard Raid is not an option since I only want to mirror the Boot/system partition.

Win2k should support Mirroring of harddrives natively.

Here are my experiences with Mirroring in win NT 4.0. If your hard disk 1 failed, and you need to boot off the mirror, I had to create a boot disk. The bootdisk just contained a new version of boot.ini to point to the mirrored partition and it will boot fine.

It does, but I have heard some people prefer Ghost. Do you have to use a boot floppy ? Can't you just set the bios to start from the other drive ?
