Win 2K Server App Event Errors

I am running a fairly basic file server using Windows 2000 Server. It hosts services for my company's LAN only, no external web services or anything. When I check through the Application Event logs, there are a lot of MS Web Proxy errors, and the description reads "The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter x.x.x.x (some IP addy)." It then says this occurs when there is a conflict between the Local Address Table and the Win 2K routing table.

My concern is that the IPs that are in the log are not within my LAT or routing table. Also, when i say a lot, i mean a lot. As in about 40 already today, from only a few different IPs. I'm no security expert, so I'm wondering where these errors are coming from, and if I should be concerned? Haven't noticed any performance changes at all. Sorry if this is more of a network question, but I figure it involves the server OS.

Thanks in advance.

Is this server in an Active Directory domain? Are you running DNS, DHCP, WINS? What are you using for network management?
