Win 2k problem, can't open Add/Remove folder in the control panel -->fixed

Hi, I just finished installing my Win 2k system. I got everything smooth until I realized that I couldn't open the Add/Remove folder in the control panel. I had this problem before I reinstall this and now it's coming again. Does anybody know how to fix it? I really don't want to reformat my hdd again.
