Win2k is getting a timeout when booting. It's trying to load the HD performance monitoring dll and can't. It's not much of a concern. If the machine in question is for games or just home use and you really want to make it stop. You can get a tool called Exctrlst.exe from the MS site
here. Just install it to the default dir, run it and highlight the PerfDisk dll in the list and uncheck the box next to 'Performance Counters Enabled'. That should do it. Also you can uncheck all the others if you want to avoid this kind of problem in the future. Keep in mind however that you won't be able to use the Performance Monitor in 2k if you disable these.
