I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Which of the above mentioned makes the product legitimate (barring of course it being a pirated copy, etc.)? I've seen some sites that are selling the products without the COA for a much cheaper price and they state the license is on the CD. However, from previous experience (NT 4.0) I received a printed paper version of the EULA and the book with the COA. If you can explain this to me in layman's terms or point me in the direction of a site I can read I would much appreciate it. Also they are selling just licenses for some of the prodcuts of MS, is this legit?
