Win 2000, win 98, LINUX. Tripple boot ?

Hi, I just got windows 2000.
Now that I have win 98 and Linux installed... how do I do to install win 2000 ? Do I just run the install program and follow the usuall procedures ? Or I have to configure Linux correctly ? Cause if the boot device for linux is erased.. I have to reinstall all that thing ! :)
