Anyone know how to install Win 2000 pro without Outlook and games?

You can't.

Although there is some way to uninstall them later, but I think its a registry hack or something, sorry I dont' remember it :-(

search for sysoc.inf, and delete every instance of the word "hide" in it, then you can go to add/remove windows components and uninstall games, accessories,etc. not sure about outlook express, i dont think you can uninstall it, however search on google, people have found ways to uninstall IE and everything so i'm sure its possible.

Well I discovered you can get it to install without games using a unattended install file. But still working on outlook. Please anyone give a dog a bone.
