Win 2000 Mailing List program?

I'm setting up a win 2k box, and part of what I've been asked to do is install a mailing list program. Basically, something that does what Mailman does but runs on 2000; I need something that allows people to opt in and out of the newsletter and sends out the newsletter whenever I want to.

While a free product would be better, if there's nothing out there that's decent and free, I'd be willing to pay something for the software.

I'd like something rather simple to use and easy to integrate into my website...

Any suggestions?
