win 2000 error checking problem, deleted- corrupted files

While booting win 2000 pro my system said it found some errors
And it started the repair process
After it booted my whole drive looks like a bunch of scribbles
I cannot access any folders or any files and all of them have extra characters in names most end with *.chk or *.000
Example FILE0254.CHK is there any way to recover my files folders
There seems to be some folder
All of the files are under folder
F:\FOUND.000
GIO+pux¦.ClK
