Win 10 login

Just getting used to win10 on my mother's computer. There are now two logins. One may be a local one I created accidentally. The question is how do I dump it. I looked under accounts.

You have be signed in as an administrator to delete a user account.

You can Not delete a user account that is currently signed in with.

why you want to dump one? you can use command "netplwiz" to set to login without enter password
