Question Win 10 locking up at log on screen

My pc randomly started locking up at the Win 10 log on screen where you type your username and password. I restarted it yesterday and got to the login screen. Press space bar to open the password field and it locks up 100% of the time. I can get it into safe mode and did sfc scannow from safe mode cmd prompt and it told me it found errors and repaired them. But when I restart into normal mode the pc is still locking up at the login screen. Any ideas what I should try next? This started happening out of nowhere. No recent updates installed or anything like that.

I would check if your "gina.dll" was replaced by a wireless card driver update.
