Question Win 10 embedded version?

Is there a version or a way to install Win 10 so that it is a minimal install and doesn't constantly try to update everything all the time? I used to use Win 7 standard embedded on surveillance video servers but I don't see anything equivalent to this for Win 10.

Though I am not sure this is what you want? This is more for raspberry pi type devices rather than as an alternate install for a regular system.

the version i use never tries to update and i am very pleased with LTSB windows 10, they have a LTSC now, you can try it out and then lease it if you like.
