Win 10 Context Menu opens to the Left

Not sure what setting got changed, but my Win 10 menu now appears to the left of the mouse and submenus also slide open to the left, how do I fix this back to the right?
 
Given how much difficulty I had getting out of tablet mode just now, that wasn't the reason 😉


I do see several post about same issue mentioning to bring up tablet pc settings but when I put that into the search box it gives me nothing.
 
I fixed it, but the entire thing is weird.

The Table PC Settings menu I saw mentioned on several sites did not appear on my machine so had to run a code for it to open. Then I selected left handiness in the menu and now the context menus properly open to the right again.
