Question Win 10 can't see Win 10

2 Windows 10 Pro computers. On same network, same subnet, same Workgroup. They each can see that there is another computer but they can't reach it. PC 1 asks for credentials for the other. I have no password set up on that computer. PC 2 gives a 0X80070035 error. I have done everything suggested in this article.

On PC 2 I cannot modify options on DNS Client. They are all protected.

PC1 has a whole drive Shared. PC 2 has a folder on a drive shared. Both shared with Everyone with no passwords. PC 1 can see a NAS that is on the network. PC 2 does not even acknowledge it is on the network.

Suggestions?
