So i am planning to buy new CPU, MOBO, RAM and GPUs...and was thinking about additional SSD or 2, where i would migrate my system disk and games disk... otherwise keeping my disks, case and PSU.

Was hoping to keep my Win installation alongside all the apps functionality intact. I suppose this is not possible now after July deadline and because of mobo replacement i need to buy new Win 10 license/installation (my current Win10 was upgraded from Win7 Pro OEM)...

Anyway, would i need to do a complete reinstall of the Windows from the installation disk i buy as a part of new license, or will it be possible just to replace the license (say in form of some kind of serial key) on my current installation, once i replace the computer parts?

What would actually happen, if i replaced the mobo and connected my current system disk to it, would it not boot to Win?

You can take your current SSD adapt it to the New Computer.

If the Mobo chipset is close enough to the current one it will adapt. The important thing is to prepare ahead the Drivers for the Network card. If the network card would work and the New computer goes on line, Win 10 will fetch from Microsoft every thing else that it is needed,

When every thing works OK,
you can go to the Activation menu choose to change the key and type in the the New Win 10 that you got.

It will take few seconds online and the new computer will be Activated.

Well if its the old machines install of windows was oem, you are suppose to by a new copy to go with the new machine.

But you probably can install the current hdd into the new machine and it will most likely will re-activate. if not go through the activation troubleshooter and see if it does.
If that fails, then you will have to by a new copy, and then you can just change the key to the new key without having to re-install
