win 10 and a new build?

is it possible for me to install (clean install on a new M.2 SSD) win 10 on a new build once I burn the file to a dvd?
here is what I am building:
ASrock Z97 extreme 6
I7 4790K
8 gig ddr3-1866
128 gig MTS600 M.2 SSD Transcend
GTX 670 (waiting for 980 to drop 🙂 )
Asus Xonar sound (May not install)
Old Cooler Master Haf 932
EVGA Supernova 850 G2

I do not see any reason for concern.

The Win 20 Tech preview is here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso

More recent update is done live over the Internet after you do a fresh DVD install.

You can directly download the iso for build 9879 here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso-update?os=win10

That will be the last insider release until 2015, although build 9888 has been spotted in the wild. 9860 was probably more stable that 9879.
