one idea proposed by intel is to have 2 OS running, with 1 OS for internet, the other OS for your personal/office work to keep personal info protected from internet. do you care enough to do that?

or what do you plan on using VT for?

I can see it being good if I am toying around with Linux. In this case, it would be easier to test interoperability and compare products. Otherwise, I don't see it being of much use.

Maybe it will work with dual monitors. I can see a situation where You can have one computer, but 2 people using it at the same time. Cost savings.

Hmm that would be weird. Special motherboards and stuff. That would be cool though. Then you can blame the other person for lag when you're playing CSS and he's unzipping a 4GB movie and rendering a photo all at once. I'd prefer uno user per PC.

You'd also need to easily be able to transfer information from one "sytem" to the other. Not just email attachments and such--I, and I assume a fair number of other people--frequently cut and paste information from/to "local" work and "internet" work. And if you incorportate that kind of functionality... well, it seems that someone would figure a way to exploit it.
