When you say slow mentally, there's usually a connotation of a retard, and that usually mean they look funny. Jessica Simpson doesn't look funny. I would marry her for her look, her wealth is just an added bonus.
 
Hm, well, I guess if I loved him, then yes, but I probably wouldn't spend much time around someone "slow" long enough to even like him alot, let alone marry him.
 
Attitude is more important to me than looks or intelligence, money doesn't figure into it at all. I just couldn't get into a b!tch enough to marry.

No matter how smart your spouse is, after a while you'll have heard all of the stories, know all the jokes, listened to one too many political arguments, and so on. Predictable.

OTOH, nice has nothing to do with brains. If the dumb one is nice, then you've got a winner.

It is possible to be smart and nice.Besides,it's difficult to be funny if you're slow witted and I value humor highly as a trait in a man.
