Will you even bother with Vista?

Not really. There will be a workaround soon enough, prelaunch. I'm not ditching my 2405s because MS thinks it can control such things.

I'm using Vista now on a few different boxes, but until Beta 2 comes out, I won't even make any determinations on the OS, anyway.
