What a thread lol.Next Gen console is only limited to 1080p and u can only watch movies at 4k res but cannot play games it is locked at 1080p@ 30fps.

If u want to play games at 4k res go buy Pc it is the machine on earth which can and which play games on 4k res.

What? Dude no...forza 5 runs 60fps on xb1, battlefield 4 is 60fps on both xb1 and ps4.

Forza yes but u can see Screenshot of that games it is not really Next gen and Battlefield 4 is not at 1080p and u can search and Google it to .

Battlefield 4 is at 720p but so what? It's still 64 players online.

Forza 5 not really next gen? It is one of the few games that is NOT cross generational. Which means it won't appear on 360.

Lol, quoted for when Battlefield 4 will use some odd sub-HD resolution like BF3 does now on the 360 (1280 x 704)

First it was:

cmdrdredd: It's 1080p!

No it's not.

cmdrdredd: So what, it's 720p!

No it's not.

cmdrdredd: So what, it runs!

Wow I said 1080p? Where... let me help you by quoting myself

So if you are going to argue at least get it right. DICE aren't some two-bit lazy developer cashing in. They are some of the best out there at getting a game optimized.

Oh and in case you didn't notice my sig...I won't be playing BF4 on a console.

This doesn't even matter. Only a PC with multiple titans or GTX 780s can handle 4k resolution in the latest games. Even then it's only at 30Hz thanks to no HDMI 2.0 support. So desperado is wasting his words telling people "go buy a PC" cause only a PC that costs as much as a down payment on a car can play at 4k.

LOL 4K.Even games on 1080p are not getting consistent 30FPS leave 4k res alone.Next Gen Console is very much disappointed where as even a gtx 580 will able to play res of 1080p on BF4

If a game runs below 1080p, I'm just smashing my console...

Seriously, I waited FOREVER for 1080p gaming. I even built a HTPC Gaming PC just so I could game at 1080p. If new consoles don't do it, it's not even worth my time.

As for 4K, I'm buying it the second movies are wildly available.
