Will X2 stock cooler fit AMD64 3000+

would an X2 stock cooler (i gather they are supposed to be very good!) fit my AMD64 3000+ both socket 939...

I have an Asus A8N-Sli Mobo

its the same socket so it uses the same holding brackets... i dont see why not.
