Will Windows XP work with my system? Driver issues, etc...

I am going to get the preview release of WinXP from microsoft (RC1, RC2).
I was wondering if I will have any problems running this on my Athlon Rig (see system rigs for rig info).

I am currently running a Voodoo 3 AGP card, but plan to buy a new card at the end of the month, along with more RAM. I was just wondering if there was any problems with drivers for 3dfx, since 3dfx is no more.
 
If you're running Win2K now, you should have absolutely no problems with XP. All Win2K drivers will work in XP, so if you can't find an XP driver, just use your old 2K driver.
