Will windows work with a touch screen?

Will win 98/xp work with a touchscreen only? Dont need to do any typing purely mouse work....would this work?

keep in mind you'll probably need a keyboard and mouse to install the drivers for the touch screen

the guys on the mp3car forums would know in detail how it needs to be setup.

many of them use win98 and a touchscreen in there car audio setups
