Will Windows 7 align my raid properly?

I picked up a set of Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB drives. If I set them up in a mirrored raid, will Windows 7 initialize them properly? I believe these drives have the 4k cluster size instead of the 512? Anything special I need to do?
