Will we see 55" monitors in the near future?

What do you all think?
Philips has released a 40" monitor, so I started wondering, how long until
we see 55" monitors.

I think it would be awesome to have a 120Hz 55" monitor.
 
I was thinking of getting the Samsung UE55JU6500, but not sure if
it can be overclocked to 120hz. Anyone had any luck overclocking a samsung hdtv
 
Most desks aren't really that wide. The limiting factor is generally real estate, which is a fixed asset. I don't think monitors will get much larger if at all than 40-42".
