Most in my family has either been cremated and buried in the unknowns grave or donated their body to science.

I thought that behaviour was reserved to places where you've hidden the bodies?

That aside, the feeling of growing a tree on my remains seems like a bad idea. I watched a futuristic anime once where a girl had been killed and her body left deep in the innards of a gigantic skyscraper, and her remains had mingled with an AI supercomputer which ran the building that then wanted revenge on those who had killed her.
I mean, as a general rule if you want humans to fuck off, endangered tree is your answer. It's like giving tenure to a few square yards of dirt.

As for the post-life, I suspect I'd be happier as a tree than I would a cyberpunk dystopian skyscraper.

Just figured I'd stroll by this thread. It still seems to be on topic. How disappointing.
