Will UPS deliver today?

I've got a long, boring day of work ahead of me, and we are expecting a couple of new POS computers that will need a few hours of setting up with as few customers as possible. These two computers have been sitting at my local hub since Wednesday afternoon, but expected delivery isn't until Monday.

Any chance UPS is delivering today, and I might get them today? I'm not looking for this to happen at all, but you never know! Thanks.
 
When I worked there I think we worked on the friday after thanksgiving, so I wouldn't rule it out. I could be wrong as I can't remember for sure
 
dont hold UPS to any standard whatsoever.

No, they won't. My 3-day Select package that shipped out Monday morning won't be here until next Monday, a solid 7 days (4 business days). They only deliver international and air packages today.
 
Two of my three UPS/Newegg packages say out for delivery today...dunno what thats about. Standard three day shipping, too.
 
I hope they deliver today. Ordered from Newegg on Monday. It's in San Antonio now but it says it won't get delivered until Monday, which sucks because I will be back at school on Monday and will have to wait until Christmas break to get it.

my 3-day package shipped out monday too, it just arrived at the local hub today, they said it'll be deliver on monday. I wonder if i could just go pick up my package.

UPS is certainly taking their time with my "3 Day Select" package. Not even at the local center yet. I was thinking of going to pick it up too, but that doesn't even seem to be an option 🙁
 
to pick it up, do you have to give them a call or can you just walk in there with the order form that has the tracking info and the info from ups tracking website?

Not too sure...if it's out for delivery then obviously you can't, it'd be on a truck. But if it's in the warehouse I think you can pick it up, hopefully it'll show up today sometime, and I can swing by tomorrow morning after work to pick it up.
 
i checked a shipping status on mine and while 24th wasnt listed, it was at warehouse then on drivers truck this morning so apparantly they will be shipping today
 
Got mine, guy showed up at 11am on the nose. I asked why he was out delivering today, since their website said International/SonicAir only, he said "Well dang, I guess they forgot to let us know, I could've had a 4 day weekend".
