Will Ultra SCSI 160 hard drives work with Ultra SCSI 320 controlers?

I have two ULTRA SCSI 160 hard drives and I am about to upgrade motherboards, the motherboard I want has a ULTRA SCSI 320 a controler onboard. I was wondering if the new ULTRA 320 controllers are backwards compatible with 160 hard drives?
