Will UK version of Windows XP Pro work in US??

I recently bought a retail version of Windows XP Pro online only to discover when I received the package that based on the number (E85-02667) it's actually an international version. Made in the USA but meant to be sold/used in the UK or Europe. (It's in English) The box is sealed and the COA all check out (I checked everything) so the copy is legit but I read somewhere that the UK version has major programming differences with the US version (E85-02665). My computer's a Dell, Intel processor - nothing weird.

Anybody know what the differences are and whether this will work on my PC?

Thanks.

it should work just find. it shouldn't matter where you use your OS or what country you use it in. when you activate windows it just communicates with microsoft and collects info about the hardware u have in your PC so you can't install it on another computer.
