Will Tim Couch start Week 3???

Is he gonna play next week??? I thought it was just a minor bruise to his arm...now his elbow is all messed up? My fantasy starter (Rich Gannon) has a bye next week so I need to use Couch for Week 3, but he hasn't played a single game so I'm thinking of dumping him to get a new secondary QB (whaddya think of Rodney Peete at Carolina?)

Couch is scheduled to start this weekend against Tennessee.

Also, his elbow wasn't just bruised. He tore scar tissue from some surgery he had a while ago.

Well for now I'm dumping Couch and picking up Rodney Peete :Q because Gannon has his bye this week. Peete should do well against the Vikings defense. Others available include Holcombe (the logical choice to replace Couch?) and Brees (but I don't like the Chargers!) as well as Quincy Carter (won't touch him with a 10ft pole.)

Holcombe is playing very well. They should start until Couch can beat him on the field. But they will probably start Couch since he costs so much more against the salary cap.

Well thanks for your advice. I'm gonna hold out on trading Couch until I can figure out how he'll play. I'll probably drop a kicker or someone else and pick up an extra QB just for week 3 (still going with Peete!)
