Will this work?

I had a Dell XPS that I sold in the FS/Trade forum that is under warrenty until Sept. of this year I believe. Well I ended up returning the 2005FP a couple months ago before selling the XPS and they sent me a refurb 2007FP.

My question is: Would Dell let me swap my 2007FP for a 2007WFP? Remember, I don't have the XPS so I have no service tag.
