About to get some new parts.. But I cant afford new PSU.. So will my currect 350W PSU power the following; x800 XL PCI-e, AMD Athlon 64 3200+, Abit AX8 Mobo

Exactly. If it's a really good high quality model, it may work... marginally. But if it's a cheap came-with-your-no-name-case crappy model, then there's no way.

Yeah, I always love the "I am going to spend $1000.00 on higher end parts but I can't afford a $50.00 PSU".😱
 
It might, but you didn't list any info about hard drives or if you have a million fans and lights. If it's a good PSU, it might work.
