I got an old P3, 733mhz, 128mb SDRAM with an so old nvidia AGP 16mb SDRAM. If I buy a ATI FX5200 video card, I'm assuming it wont work together right?

The FX5200 utterly sucks. Do like VIAN suggested and get a Ti4200.
