Alright I have Win2k with the NFTS file system and all my friends have Win98 with FAT32...can I have a lan party with them? will they be able to see my system and share files and stuff? Will i have to do anything to get them to see mine if its possible?
 
Network connections automagically handle the filesystem details. Other systems will only see the files and directories, regardless of the filesystem on the other end.
