Will this work for either an M.2 Sata or PCIe SSD?

Good day to you all :)

Throughout my day some of my job involves retreiving (or trying to retrieve) data from customer's laptops.

Nowadays, I'm seeing more and more M.2 style SSD's, either in the SATA or PCIe variety.

I'd like to get something that I can toss either one on and backup/retrieve their data. Just something to slave out a drive, not really intending to boot from it. I'll have this on a 4 or so year old mobo with enough PCI Express slots.

I think this should work. What say you AT?

Yes, I have some of those adapters and they work fine. One of the slots is for M.2 PCIe drives and the other one is for M.2 SATA drives and requires you to connect a SATA cable to the card.
