If I write an email making sure everybody I know is included in the email addresses with the contents of my will, will that stand? How about if I include my wishes on what I want to happen to me if I come into a vegetative state?
 
i think you need it notarized. so youd need a hardcopy. besides, youd have to sign it anyway. right?
 
post your last will and testament here and just send all your relatives a link to the thread. be sure to save it as a "favorite" so you can find and edit it as necessary as your relatives piss you off.
