Will this stuff run on an aopen 250 watt PSU ?

I'm selling my current rig to a friend (or another buyer if one shows up) and I will have to transfer case (I wont sell my lian-li i'm attached to it 😀)

so I'm wondering if I should buy a new PSU and a new case or go for an aopen case with PSU included

will this run on an aopen 250 watt PSU :

TB 1.2
512 MB DDR
Asus A7M266
Onboard audio
Hercules radeon 8500 LE
one 16speed DVD drive
one floppy drive
one 40 GB harddisk (IBM GXP60 or maxtor)

Probably runs. My Aopen 250W PSU is AMD recommended up to 1.4Ghz T-bird. I have 1Ghz T-bird, 2-3 HDD's, CD-RW. GF2Ti etc. on it and runs like a dream...
