I ordered a new case, UPS destroyed, I got my money refunded so then I decided to just keep my older case. It isn't terrible but nothing fancy. There isn't much room for more than 2 fans. I want to put the money I had on the case into a Volcano 9 "Coolmod" instead. Will I be to overlock my 1700 to at least a 2000? I currently have a really generic heatsink/fan combo that keeps me at 54c full load. Will the Volcano drop me a lot?

ALSO: What is a good case for less than $50 that doesn't have a PSU? (I have a 430w Trupower now so no need for one)
 
The Volcano might drop your temps a bit but do you know what 48 dB sounds like? If you ears can handle the noise, go for it.
