Because I was worried about the x800xl, it requires 300-350 watts alone....with maybe 150watts left to power the rest -_-. If I were to change the processor to:

Would it still run?

That whole Pc probably will only draw about 200-250W idling. Fully loaded (CVPU, GPU, HDD, etc.), it may pull 350W of quality power...

That 350W stat for the video card is just the minimum PSU ATI recommeds for the entire system.

The only computers that will need more than 450W are the super high end servers and such with several 15,000 RPM HDs, multiple CPUs, 16GB RAM, etc.

dfi recommends at least 480 watts but i guess that psu is close enough.

That PSU could run it easily.... hell I could run it on my Antec True 350W.

At most that card draws 70-80 watts, the whole system 200-250 watts max.
