Will this ram work with this motherboard?

Since the H67 chipset is non overclockable by default it does not bring about any performance gain to get the DDR3-1600. The DDR3-1333 will do you just fine.

But will it work? I know ram used to be like that in the past. You could buy faster than the board was rated for and it would just clock back to what the board was capable of.

The faster RAM would reduce the speed to match the speed of the slower RAM is still true. It will work but sometimes it is also dependent on the voltage the RAM is running on and usually faster RAM is set at a higher voltage and may cause problems.

Since the DDR3-1333 is cheaper than the DDR3-1600 and your motherboard is stated to support DDR3-1333 then it would be better to get DDR3-1333. You are never going to overclock anyways with a H67 board so it makes no difference to have DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1600.
