As far as can you add another stick of PC2700 to your existing stick, yes. I don't know about the specific DIMMS you mentioned, I don't have them. Try and match the CAS LATENCY on the two. You should set the RAM timings manually in your BIOS. Worst case scenario would be the two sticks would not run at 333 mhz. when paired together. Pewrhaps they would run slower. You just have to try and see. Or perhaps not run in dual channel together. But they would likey work.

I would say chances are 95% that they will, but the only way to know for sure is test it.

Because the board and rams are relatively old, at this point I doubt you will find anyone who can give you a definitive answer. The only reason I say 95% is because I have mixed rams in many socket A, socket 754 and socket 939 boards and never had a problem so I believe your chances are good.
