Will this PSU work with this?

Why wouldn't it work with that ram. And It should work with that mobo. And 30-34a is NOT enough for high-end SLI. Low-end SLI sucks so no need to worry about it, besides it only has 1 pci-e connector 😉

thanks! just checking the voltages 2.1 v and rails. thanks marcvenice. Well If im going to SLI in the future looks like i'll need a new psu.

There is never a conflict between memory and the PSU. If there is a conflict its between the Memory and the Motherboard.

Now it all depends on what video card you will have on the system as to weather or not the PSU will be good enough. But that PSU won't be able to handle much in the way of a decent gaming video card.

don't buy a 8600gts mate, buy a 8800GT instead. Or wait two weeks for the ATI cards to come out. For the same price they will blow away the 8600gts, which is a crappy card.
