Will this psu work with this setup?

Just a quick question, and I need to order in a hurry. Will this power supply work with this setup I have? I want to replace my Enermax Nosietaker 420 watt psu.

My computer:

Asus k8v motherboard
AMD 64 3400+
corsair value ram 1 gb
nvidia 6800 gt (256)

You should be fine, I've been running stable for two years with a Tagan 480W powering an A64 3700+, Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, two HDDs, one ODD, 6800GT, 2x512MB RAM

The PSU looks to have the same compatibility (20+4pin ATX connector), PCI Express and SATA connectors, nice at $49.99

For instance, or a antec earthwatts 500w, whatever can be had for a good deal. That's just me though.
