It'll work fine. However, I always opt for buying my own power supply when possible.

It will work just fine, but it is $104 shipped, so I'd opt for the Antec 300 w/380w Earthwatts PSU (the same PSU) for $89 shipped!!!
$89 Antec 300 w/380w EW PSU
or
$109 Antec 300 w/500w EW PSU

It's always better to have some upgrade room and the later combo will give you that.

Yes it will!! I believe the 4850 is a tad better, but that just depends on which game you select. The GTS 250 consumes at the most about 141w and the 4850 consumes about 151w MAX, so you'll be just fine.
