i ran an older palomino 1700+ on a few different cheap no-name 300watt psu's
it ran perfectly (without overclocking) and was just enough power
it is close tho
but since you are getting a T-bred with a slightly lower voltage and power usage it should help
also if you have a lot of hard drives and a Monster Vid card it might push it closer

30 bucks is a good deal tho
you might as well try it

if you aren't overclocking then maybe get it and only update the psu if it don't work on yur next upgrade

if all else fails you can underclock yur cpu but you shouldn't have to

short answer: It should work but it's still border line as far as a modern systems goes

ifyou dont want to overclock too much (if at all) it will work no problem
if you wish to overclock, maybe look into a better one

The 303x is a very good powersupply. I have had one run everything from a dual P3 1gig, to an athy 1.4, to an XP2000@2200+, with all the trimmings.

I have used a variety of 300W No Name and Branded PSU's with 30A on +5V including an Athlon XP 2000+ PC and a Dual Athlon MP 1500+ Server.
